I went to Deer Park Barber Shop for the first time yesterday and received a great haircut from Kim. She was impressively efficient, working quickly (but not rushed) and accurately on my skin-fade. Kim was great with the scissors as well. When I got home and got a chance to check out my new cut really well, I was very happy that I chose Deer Park Barber Shop from the many barbers located on Deer Park Avenue.

I went to get a haircut today and the result was fine… AT FIRST GLANCE!!! I even tipped the lady $3 for the cut. However, after I got home and took a closer look in the mirror… the sides of my head did not match at all. One side was going straight while the other sloped down at an angle. This was a $12 cut, mind you. To be blunt, the lady should not be working there if she doesn’t even know how to cut hair in a straight line (which is the most simple thing you can ask a barber to do, yet she still somehow messed it up). I am very dissatisfied and will probably never go back.
