First time at Deeply Kneaded and I already re-booked. I saw Ashley for a 90 minute massage and after a thorough consultation, she began the massage. This is by far the best massage I have ever received. I requested a deep tissue massage with lots of pressure and she did not disappoint! I went from grimacing in (good) pain to sighing in relaxation with her approach. She would “dig deep” releasing my trigger points and then follow with a more gentle technique to combat the intense pressure. Now, don’t get me wrong, Ashley didn’t come in with knuckles and elbows ablaze, I requested this pressure, so don’t think she won’t customize to suit your needs. I have requested deep tissue by many other therapists, yet she was the only one I felt like didn’t hold back. I could feel the knots springing free. The only down side is I was completely unproductive for the rest of the day. I was like a blob of happy relaxed jello. Full five stars for sure.

Gina is simply the best. As a busy mom, I throughly enjoy my 1 hour of rest and relaxation. The treatment area is great. I love the decor and you can tell Gina really took her time and put a lot of effort into creating an amazing space. The treatment room is lovely. Gina is a professional and I always look forward to my next appointment!
