First time at Deep Roots (Bee Cave). Filled out form online and they paired me with Sonya. Wished I had a before pic, but got balayage highlights and cut like 3 inches off. Love how natural it looks and hair feels lighter and not weighed down. Showed pictures of hair color and cuts I liked and Sonya took in consideration of want I wanted, something low maintenance and helped pick out color and cut that didn’t take to much daily styling and touch-up maintenance in the salon.
