I would not recommend this studio. They called and cancelled our appointment less than two hours before our appointment due to a therapist being unable to show up for personal reasons. The only conciliation was they were deeply sorry and we could either reschedule or only one of us would be able to get a massage not both. Per their policy if we were to cancel in this time frame we would be charged the full amount, but when they cancel they are just deeply sorry. We had never been here before and will never go. We have several studios in Idaho Falls with better reliability and customer service. It is well worth the drive to another city for better service.

My husband and I absolutely love Deep Kneads we go to Lava Hot Springs every year for my birthday and drive to Pocatello for their couples massage. Amber and Jessica are incredible. They have given us the best massages we have ever had. I highly recommend them both. They had hot stones, cupping and more.

My mother in law made herself an appointment and sent me in her place when she was unable to make her appointment. I was in pain, and nervous because I’m not the skinniest person alive…however my therapist Jenn assured me that massage was a great way to get some relief from the pain I was having, and she listened to my concerns about my size and not only did she make me feel comfortable she made me feel safe. It is scary getting undressed and telling a stranger what your going through. Jenn was relatable, and kind, and she not only made me feel great, she was able to remedy some of my complaints with some simple stretches and her hands were literally magic. I was emotional when leaving because of how happy the experience made me. I will be back. Thank you Jenn for your skilled hands and just the easy going atmosphere you helped provide for a scardy cat like me. Not one for reviews usually but this place has a professional and caring staff which has made me a believer in massage therapy. I had only dared one other time before this massage and my experience with Jenn was one of the best hours I have had where I was her main focus. She made me feel like I was the only person on the planet and she was there for me. Thanks again for this experience. Myself and my family will be back.

I have had 2 massages here by 2 different therapists and both were excellent. They were very communicative before and during the massage to ensure my comfort. I didn’t feel rushed and was fully relaxed afterwards. I highly recommend Deep Kneads and Patricia was excellent with deep tissue and trigger point. Brady was great with Myofascial release. I’m so glad I found this place and have already booked future appointments.

I have been going to Jessica for a few months now and have been very impressed with the service. I have had massages in the past but she really seems to find my tension and work on it much better than who I have gone to in the past. The Deep Kneads location is cute and clean. The room I have been in is spacious with plenty of room for belongings. I like having my belongings in the room with me rather than a locker. She also is very good about going for the full time. I have had other massages start a little late, which I never mind, but then they stop your massage early rather than actually giving you the full time. Jessica does not do this; she goes the full 90 minutes based off the start time not the scheduled time. I have another massage coming up that I am very excited for!
