I’ve had one facial before and the one I had here in no way compares to the one I had. My appointment was pushed back 30 mins and then the actual treatment that thankfully I had a groupon for (normally costing over $100) only lasted 20 mins. The room was really dim but comfortable. I wished she had of explained more about what steps she was actually taking. All I can recall is her cleansing me face with moistened cloth, apply a want to my acne areas and a quick treatment of light therapy. My skin remained the same, no changes that she foretold. This place is located in a hair salon which threw me at first when trying to find it originally. Nice and clean. She was really nice though.

Terrible experience, and I didn’t even make it to her location!!!! VERY difficult to book an appointment if you want to do it earlier than 1PM, confirmation policies are not explained and seemingly made up on the fly. Colossal waste of time….don’t waste yours. SHE SAYS IN HER REPLY THAT I WAS A NO SHOW, BUT I CALLED TO INFORM HER! HORRIBLE!
