Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI went here to get braids. My “appointment” was at 9:30am. Prior to my “appointment” I sent pictures of the length of my hair. When I arrived, someone was in every seat. I sat down and chatted with a friend. Soon it was almost noon and I still had not been called to the chair. I asked the owner where I was in line of appointments. She said that one of the braiders were almost finished. I waited another half hour and told the owner I was going to Jewel and would be back. When I came back, none of the chairs were empty still. After 1:30, I was called to the chair. During this time, employees had ordered food, went to get food, laughed and talked with each other etc as if there were not a room full of people. Several of the employees talked, ate openly with their masks down. When my stylist was half done with my hair she said that my hair would be an extra $20. I told her what I was quoted and she said because of the length of my hair, the braids needed to be smaller. I texted the number I sent the picture of my hair letting them know I was unhappy with my visit and would not return; there wasn’t a response. My hair was finished at almost 8:30. I went here to get braids. My “appointment” was at 9:30am. Prior to my “appointment” I sent pictures of the length of my hair. When I arrived, someone was in every seat.
