VERY RUDE LADY!! I had called the store wanting help with some cornrows and wanted to make sure if they can work with my hair size and texture. The lady at first asked for picture of the size of my hair, I sent them to her. I kindly called back to make sure she had received them and if it will work out for her but right off the bat she gave me so much attitude! Her tone of voice was mocking towards me and then continued to tell me I am bothering her because she’s very busy (again) with her condescending voice, she got frustrated because the pictures weren’t showing on her screen. Ma’am I DONT CONTROL THE WIFI its not my fault your phone is slow and if you’re busy don’t pick up the phone instead of being arrogant and blunt to people just asking for help. I’ve worked in the customer service industry and even I know there’s better ways to handle customers.

Found this place on Google. I liked a few reviews so decided to check it out. Called and Wokie had an available appointment. She is AMAZING!!!! Very nice clean place. Wokie did an amazing job on my hair. My hair is neat, the style is nice and the prices are reasonable. Now I’m back today to get my daughters hair braided for the first time. This is now my new salon. It’s hard to find good people who know what they are doing. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.
