Well there was a teenager behind the counter that didn’t know squat. And then he walked us back and he didn’t even say come follow us so we just stood there like idiots. There weren’t enough towels to cover our bodies and the lady that gave me my massage spoke on the phone two times while she was massaging me just so uncool. I didn’t leave a tip and it’s the first time that I haven’t left a tip I’ve been going there for about 10 years first I was going to the one in Irvington. I don’t know if they just disrespect us because we’re american.

Okay, I’ve been twice in the last 3 weeks already. The first time my back was just tore up, I had trouble climbing out of bed because I had so many muscles knotted up and cramped from all the heavy lifting at work. I got in there, there was an Asian gentleman who didn’t speak any English that I could tell except the words, ” okay sir?”. I had to point out that I wanted the 90-minute massage, a mixture of deep tissue and hot stones…. And the guy was fantastic! He did more for me than any chiropractor ever has. I walked out of there feeling like a new man. And I’ll admit, I was a little disappointed at first because one of the reasons I picked this place was a prior review that talked about the pretty Asian girls that were also skilled massage therapists. So before the massage I was a little disappointed. Anyway, I went back two weeks later, it was a different guy (not a pretty Asian girl LOL), and I got a 60 minute deep tissue, and a 30 minute foot and calf. And this guy was also fantastic! In fact, I would go as far as to say these might have been the two best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve had quite a few. And you can’t complain about the price at all! Definitely five stars!!

I had purchased an hour-long deep tissue massage. I asked the gentleman to please do it more deeply/intensely twice but he didn’t meet my needs. I always give a decent tip, but when he took my card to charge me for the purchase he asked how much I wanted to give him. I said “$5” (for a $70 massage). He told me that tips are minimum 20% so I had to give him $10 for a tip. I had never heard this before here and it is stated nowhere in the facility that I am aware of. So, I got a low quality massage and was forced to pay more than what I feel was fair for a tip. He was lucky I wanted to leave any money at all out of common courtesy. I highly recommend this place. You will get addicted. They check your temperature at the door and the place is very clean and professional. Very nice people!

I went to this location a few times, was refer to by my brother that loves this place. I went looking for Gina and Coco each time and could not get them, everytime I get a hour massage and tip real good. I told them to not press on my spine they continue to press on my spine extremely hard which made my back lock up on me 2 times. I had high hopes for this place due to what I was hearing from my brother. I would love to her the treatment that my brother received that gives this place so much praise. Positive: QualityI have had buttock and thigh pain for over 3 month, which affecting the sciatic nerve also. I was diagnosed with Piriformis Syndrome and Ischial Bursitis. I’ve had a lot of test done and two sets of steroid injections in various areas. I explained everything to Li and he worked on me. I’ve had two massages with Li and I’ve improved close to 50% so far. I visited this location one time before in the past and it was a very good experience. I went back expecting it to be another good experience but this time it was basically just horrible. It was a couples massage and the two people giving the massage talked the whole time in Chinese. That comment has nothing to do with prejudice or culture it was just the fact that I was trying to relax and it was difficult due to the sound. The people giving the massage also would take body parts like arms and legs and move them pretty rapidly. She would also massage directly on my spine and not around the muscles that actually needed attention. Finally when paying, the total which came to $30,I gave 40 (two $20s)and the two massage people stood there together talking in Chinese until they finally went to give me my 10 back but then stopped and pointed at the tip sign expecting that I give a tip and not even giving me the opportunity to give what I wanted.
