I had the worst customer experience ever here. My full set was done as the last appointment of the day. My tech, Annie, rushed my nails and kept assuring me they would be translucent after top coat. She top coated and they did mot become translucent, even she looked confused and tried to wipe it off but she wasn’t professional enough to offer remedy. I called that night to complain and had to call again because I didn’t hear anything back. The receptionist was great, i told her I would be going somewhere else and she assured me that I could come get them fixed by the owners wife who is really good with designs and also informed me that they had issues with this nail tech before. I arrived and was completely ignored and then when I was recognized. I had 6 women crowded around my nails discussing them in their language only for them all to tell me that they are fine. They sat me down with the original nail tech who literally can’t do a straight line to do a different design. hey charged me 100$ for this set and tried to tell me that it was 85, I left immediately because I’ve never felt so disrespected as a client in any capacity. I will NEVER patronize their business again. Even the so called talented technicians looked at my hands and said they were ok to avoid working “for free” to fix the,. Greedy people and horrible service. Go to kingdom spa or envy nails, this place is a beautiful joke. I gave it two stars because it’s pretty, oh and the wine is a lie, they don’t have that or offer it.

I’ve tried several salons in Middletown and most do a good job but can be inconsistent or the pricing was almost unpredictable in some cases. I have been to De CoCo a few times this summer for acrylic refills and a pedicure and I’ve seen Holly and Van. Both did an incredible job, they were super attentive, very nice to talk to, and the work came out top notch. The salon it’s self is so nice inside and I love going here. Glad to have found my spot!

I love how fresh, clean, and professional this nail salon is. Everything from booking/confirming your appointment to the actual visit itself was lovely. Adriana was the BEST technician I’ve had in a long time at any salon. I got a spa pedicure and was in desperate need of one after falling behind schedule for a few months as a busy mom. She didn’t judge how terrible my feet and toenails looked LOL. She took care of me and I walked out with smooth and soft feet and beautiful pedicured nails. This was my first visit, but it will definitely not be my last!

Holly absolutely crushed it with my nails!! This is my second time returning, I got a pedicure a few weeks ago. Today I got a pedi and then gel extensions on my hands. Holly worked fast but was absolutely meticulous in checking her work and making sure everything was even. It’s also very nice in the salon, good lighting and overall a nice feel.

Had a male tech. He didn’t shape my nails well and left the tips rough and bumpy. There are lumpy spots of polish and an overall uneven texture. I had a previous gel polish that he used the sander to get off which left my nails super wavy. And the hand massage was more like a swipe of lotion and that was it. Not worth the money. Would not come back.

Actually I didn’t even get to use this service! I made an appointment to get a pedicure and the morning of the appointment I received a call from the place. They left a message that said I needed to confirm my appointment 3 hours prior to the appointment. I called them back at 9:45 ( my appointment was for 1pm). I left them a message saying I would definitely be there at 1 for my appointment. When I arrived they said my appointment was canceled. I told them I left a message on their machine and they said they didn’t listen to it so they canceled my appointment. This is no way to run a business, I won’t be going back to De Coco ever again!

Very nice salon! My technician took a whole hour, didn’t rush, and gave me a most beautiful pedicure with a lovely shade of light pink…so relaxing!Am definitely going back!!

Overpriced and overrated! Nail tech Adriana was on the phone the entire time she was doing my full set! And the two receptionists have the most stuck up attitudes. Absolutely ridiculous …you can hardly schedule an appointment out three weeks! Very unprofessional in all aspects! Not to mention my pedicure started out with near scolding hot water . Gave them a second chance after a previous bad experience with my dip powder cracking in less than a week …needless to say it was the last chance! Never again!
