I was in Guilford for a Bachelorette get together and about 9 of us were kindly accommodated by Deco Nails. We originally had an appointment for a different salon but they lost the reservation. We all went to Deco Nails and had the loveliest experience. Not only did we all get our nails done, the owner gave the bride and MOH in our group gift certificates so they can come back. We were all so touched by the kindness and generosity we received at Deco Nails. I highly recommend going here

Been here twice and my manicure turned out ok. The staff are friendly. My last nail tech was really rough with pushing my cuticles down, and they started bleeding. Also while filing my pinky nails, the file was rubbing up against my skin and started to bleed and now I have small scabs on the tip of my pinky. I felt I was rushed and didn’t get the full treatment of exfoliating, lotioning, hand massage, etc.

Positive: ProfessionalismI brought my daughter to the salon as a walkin. Unfortunately they couldnt take her at that time, but we were able to make an appointment an hour later. We came back and apparently they had a party that came in with more people then origionally booked and told us it would be another 30 minutes. It wasnt that big of a deal for us. They took us 15 minutes later and my daughter got her manicure and pedicure. Because we had to wait, they refused to charge us anything. I attempted to give them $40 in cash, but they didnt want to take it. We finally negotiated it to $20. I was a walk in today & I had previously had tips and gel done from a different place which I hated… I came here and they were so nice and welcoming and they filled my nails, put warm towels on my hands and my neck, did 2 shoulder massages, and the paraffin wax on the hands after it was over with a short hand massage and lotion. I am so so impressed and happy with the service I got! They prefer tips in cash which I did not know, but they do take tip in card. I will be coming back definitely with a cash tip! The price was very reasonable for everything it came with. Thank you!! 🙂

I don’t get manicures or pedicures very often, but when I do, this is my go-to place. It’s very clean and the staff are all pleasant and kind. I tend to spontaneously decide to get my nails done and have never made an appointment. I just walk in and have never had to wait.

I often visit this place to buy a gift for my wife as a surprise. I purchase the advanced pedi for her to have a pedi with a foot massage to help her relax after a long work week. She loves it. It has friendly people and a welcoming atmosphere.my wife and daughters say this is the place that beats all the rest in the Guilford coastline.
