I go to Kristy and she is phenomenal. I have very thick hair and had very hard time finding a hairstylist that does my hair perfect everytime, until my friend told me about Kristy. I totally recommend her. Hard to find sooner appointment but worth the wait. The prices are average..they did charge me a little more last time, because I guess I am more work..but happy with the results…

The staff are always very friendly and professional. It is a busy salon, with talented hair stylist and a loyal customer following. Because of many regular clients, it is difficult to just walk-in and expect to find an opening-appointment. Calling ahead is always a good idea for any fabulous salon as De Carlo’s.

I would give zero stars if possible. They ruined my beautiful long amazing hair while lightening it. My hair was literally breaking off at the salon after the treatment and they told me that happens sometimes when lightening. It continued to break off for weeks. I was forced to cut over 5 inches off my hair because it was so broken, damaged, thin, and looked terrible. Several months later I went to a different salon and they were shocked by what had happened and let me know that should not have happened. When I called the other salon to ask for a refund from the processing they left me a voice message and never called me back. Terrible service, do not go here.

The first cut was not good, but the owner was able to work me in with another stylist on a very busy Saturday morning for a recut. The owner was very concerned about the situation so because of that I would go back. BUT only to the second stylist, not the first.
