10/10 friendliness but I am so so disappointed. I asked Martiqua for a silver/grey color and she first turned it green and then just dyed it permanent jet black (we had decided on semi permanent which was what I wanted but when she turned it green she had to do the permanent dye). I wanted a very light silvery color. I went from LIGHT blonde to jet black, not at all what I wanted and payed $115 for her to ruin my hair. She acted like she really had no idea what she was doing and said she’d “take notes for next time” so it didn’t turn green again? She also put like a blue tint in my hair? I don’t even know where that came from bc the picture I showed her had NO blue in it? And she joked that at least my job (I told her where I worked) was okay with weird colors like blue. Again I didnt want black hair with a blue tint. The haircut wasn’t at ALL what I wanted either, it’s like she didn’t even look at the pictures I showed her. I don’t like leaving a bad review but don’t want anyone else to be disappointed. I’m not even bothering going back to get her to fix it because I don’t want her to mess it up more. I showed her the first two pics and she did the last one.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but I dont want anyone else experiencing a bad hair cut. The people here are Very friendly and I would give them 5 stars for their friendliness but I ended up having to get my hair corrected and my daughters hair corrected 2 days later. We did not have the same person do our hair at this salon either. Again friendly people and I hope they get some experienced hair dressers because it’s a really nice salon.

Debutante Salon & Day Spa knows how to pamper! I go in a wreak and come out with beautiful hair, nails, a new outfit and feeling rejuvenated and on top of the world! Best pedicure stations around! But I most highly recommend Shayla …she’s my girl! I was referred to her 2 years ago and I have never had a bad cut or color! My hair has never looked so healthy! Shayla impresses me time and time again!

I have tried many different salons in Cleveland. I found Debutante by accident and had Carol cut my hair. She was wonderful. I scheduled with Nikki when Carol wasn’t available. Now I don’t go anywhere else. Me and my daughter are going back soon for a cut.
