I took my friend in to look at wigs. The lady had her try on a few wigs. I cant let you try any more on if your not ready to buy. Also you need to buy a head cap after you use it. Cost over $10?? Very rude, pushy and unprofessional. Prices are way to high and not a pleasant enviorment to shop in.

Positive: QualityI’ve always wanted to walk into this shop and I’m really glad I did. Coming from Houston where beauty supplies are as frequent as Walmart I was sooo happy to find this gem! I ran in for braiding hair and she was kind and most helpful!! In love with her bow selection had to grab some for my daughter and as I was at the register fell IN LOVE with her lash selection! Critical: ProfessionalismI took my mom in to look at wigs. The lady had her try on 2 wigs. The second one would have been good except the price was twice what it should be. Then she started asking my mom what’s your intentions. If you aren’t hear to buy a wig, I cant let you try any more on. Also you need to buy a head cap after my mom had tried on those with her original wig cap. Very rude, pushy and unprofessional. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWe went in today with the intention of my daughter just to look around and see some wigs since she had been wanting one. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by a lovely young lady who let us browse while chatting with us. She helped my daughter pic a beautiful wig and offered help when she was looking at wigs that didnt seem to fit her (she’s 14 so listening to momma is out the windows lol) She answered every question we had with amazing knowledge. 100% we will be back for more.We went in today with the intention of my daughter just to look around and see some wigs since she had been wanting one. We went in today with the intention of my daughter just to look around and see some wigs since she had been wanting one. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by a lovely young lady who let us browse while chatting with us. She helped my daughter pic a beautiful wig and offered help when she was looking at wigs that didnt seem to fit her (she’s 14 so listening to momma is out the windows lol) She answered every question we had with amazing knowledge. 100% we will be back for more.

I’m about to start chemo, which will make me lose my hair. This is difficult for me to talk about, but the sales woman insisted on questioning me about it. Then she had me try on a couple of wigs I didn’t like and I asked about some others. Despite saying repeatedly that I wanted real hair and knew the cost, she kept pushing synthetic wigs and showing me how to clip it into hair that I soon will not have. I told her I already had a synthetic one that I was very excited about which is why I was looking for a real one that I could style differently from time to time, and she asked to see it. Most people have been very kind and encouraging when I open up about my cancer diagnosis and my struggles with knowing my hair will fall out. I showed her the wig and she told me how cheap and terrible it looked and that I should buy from her instead. Then she said that because the woman who sold it to me was Asian, it was a cheap, fake wig that would look fake from a mile away. I left the store in tears and will never go back or reccommend this shop for anyone else about to start chemo. Also, as I was leaving the store crying, she made my mom pay $1 for me having tried on the wigs. I’m shocked at the insensitivity toward cancer patients and outright rudeness.

My daughter in law & i went in there & the owner was so sweet & helpful. We told her we were gonna look around first & she was very kind & told us if we had any questions not to hesitate to ask. When i got ready to buy something she was extremely helpful. I bought the wrong color & had to go back & exchange what i bought for a different color & she gladly let me. I will definitely go back.
