I remember why I stopped coming here. I chose the Royal ($67) package and it was completely rushed and not done well. I still have paint on the side of my toes from him not cleaning it up properly. I also got a fill and the job, again, was rushed…my nails are clunky and spotty. I asked for him to do a flower and he proceeded even though he didn’t know how to draw one. He then proceeded to say “if you would have given me a picture, I could have done it”…as if it was my fault. He should have said he didn’t know how and I would have gladly provided a picture…I just had him take it off. He was not gentle at all while handling my hands amd he didn’t clean up my hands at all…$120 down the drain. I will never come here again for I have had too many bad experiences in a row.

My mom and me have been constant customers for over a year. Mandy is excellent in what she does, but only her. My recently experience was when my mom was scheduled with a man because mandy was busy. They usually charge $35 on acrylic fill and gelish and today they charged $50!!! with no explanation at all.

In addition to being incredibly disappointed by the way my dip manicure turned out, they do not honor the 30% off coupon that they advertise. Their excuse was that the coupon is only valid Monday through Thursdays and not weekends.

I had a great experience here! Mark did my nails, pink and white fills! He did a really nice job and I appreciated how quickly he was able to get them completed. They turned out great! Tommie did my pedicure and also did such a great job. I could tell he was really proud of his work, I was impressed! Cindy cut my hair and it also turned out great. I love the cut! And she is such a nice lady!! I happened upon their store while visiting from out of town and had such a great experience! They’d be my regular place if I lived in the area for sure!!
