My husband and I used to come in together and get spray tans all the time but the past 5 years have been……as if they don’t care. I tried to make an appointment for our 5 year anniversary before our vacation and they called to confirm etc. Only I received a call the day of saying that she had to cancel. Just last week, I was desperately looking for someone to do my eyebrows and thought maybe I would give them a second chance. The sign said OPEN and I could see the lights on with a customer inside, and she comes to open the door to tell me, “Sorry, I am on my last customer for the day.” And just shut the door. Didn’t try to ask for an appointment or anything?????

Very disappointed in Customer service from the owner.. they didnt do my hair properly…. it came out yellow and streaked at the roots and silver all the way down … instead of redoing which is what i asked politely they chose they didnt want my business and sent me a check and told me to go elsewhere.Very unprofessional on the owners part..
