Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI love my nails! I am very pleased with them and how he took the time to make sure each nail was perfect and he was very polite. I got them longer than I’m used to and I love it, I will be back!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHad an appointment to get my nails done, the man sat me in a chair, started working on my nails and then add adruptly got up and started helping another customer. He left me sitting there for about 20 minutes in shock, then when a girl was done doing somebody else’s nails she came over and started working on mine. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and that is not what I left with they did a very very horrible job and charged me $50 I will never go there again and I would never recommend it. They didnt clean my nail beds for cuticles before they put the acrylic on they just look horrible now I have to pay to get them fixedServices: Pedicure, ManicureHad an appointment to get my nails done, the man sat me in a chair, started working on my nails and then add adruptly got up and started helping another customer. Cuticles were not cut well. Paint on nails looks terrible, not evenly painted.

I asked for a regular plain manicure for my daughters in the beginning. When it was time to pay, I was charged for gel manicure. He said, ” I asked her and she said yes. ” my daughter did not know what he said. Will not be returning. For 2 manicures I was charged $60

We were over charged for pedicures. Skin was damaged while removing calluses and cutting toe nails. We won’t be back.

Critical: ProfessionalismBait and switch, unethical and discriminatory business practices. Don’t bother with this place. Nail salons are a dime a dozen. Go somewhere else. (Read on.)I went to this business to get a mani/pedi. Once seated, I did not see a price menu so I asked. The female told me it was $33.00 and provided me a laminated price menu. It said $33.00 for a mani/pedi. I agreed to the price. Small talk happened as the female began to work on me. Then the female asked if I was Filipino. I said yes. I asked if she was Filipino too. She laughed, said no and said she’s Vietnamese. Shortly after this exchange, she tells me the price for a mani/pedi is actually $35.00. I said that wasn’t what she said and that’s not what I agreed to. I told her the money isn’t the issue for me. I told her it’s not right that she tells me one thing then while in the middle of service, she changes it. She says it’s beyond her control, that the boss was the one who changed the price and blamed it on COVID. I was in the middle of service already and therefore could not walk out. Upset, I asked the price for only the pedi and said that’s all I’m getting. As I was paying, on the counter by the cash register, were price menus. All of them showed the price for the mani/pedi was $33.00 and pointed it out to her. I told the female that what she did isn’t right; that they should correct the menu if the prices indicated on it are incorrect. I told her that she should not burden the customers for their mistake. What a horrible experience. 1) The female changes the price when I’m in a position where I could not physically leave and 2) she raises the price as soon as she found out I was Filipino. Very discriminatory and unethical business. Go somewhere else. No one should have to be subjected to this experience.Bait and switch, unethical and discriminatory business practices. They do a decent pedicure that is reasonably priced. But they seem inordinately interested in how large a tip I was providing. I found it embarrassing when I paid for my pedicure that the cashier announced loudly how much I tipped the person who did my nails not keeping in mind that the place was packed. I found it real tacky and awkward so I have not been back.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m so unhappy. I’m new to havasu & these nails are terrible. To the point I asked him to take them off & I don’t want them. He was very mad upset. And offend. So he tried to redo them & they are worse then what I started with. But when I have to pay for these & wear them. I don’t want them looking ridiculous. & now I feel uncomfortable to go back inside and ask them to take them off I do not want them. Because they made me pay for them. They are uneven, messy, round and I wanted square. Like he just kept being aggressive & laughing. Would not recommend to anyone!!Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicuresI’m so unhappy.
