Critical: QualityThe tech has done my pedicures before, when i haven’t made an appointment with someone specific, and always does a fair job. This time, he specifically asked me if i wanted the dead skin removed with the grater, and i said yes. That afternoon, i got home and looked more closely at my feet, and there are still a lot of dry patches on the bottom of my feet, and my toes. The cuticles don’t even look like they were trimmed. He never does the massage part either. It was just sub standard work. The price charged for the level of service on this particular visit, for the pedicure service, was completely ridiculous.Very disappointed, and had previously been a regular client of this salon. For dip nails as well.
