This was absolutely horrible, I am pretty sure they glued the extensions with superglue, I had them for 3 weeks. Tried everything from oils to professional eyelash extension remover. Called the store twice, they lied to me saying that they do not know the glues name and then that the glue was from china. They hanged the phone on me both times. There was not any other option than to rip my eyelash extensions off. Now I have no eyelashes and irritated eyes. The nail service I got was good but after this I am not longer going and I hope you do the same for your own good. I must clarify that this is not the first time I have eyelash extensions but it is the first time I got it from them. I know that there is fallout, but literally I have no eyelashes right now.

I had a very good first experience however I went and got a gel pedicure I had to go back a second time because the gel kept coming off of my feet. Usually a gel pedicure lasts about 2 weeks but I just went to get It fixed yesterday and some came off of my toes again. I had a good experience I just wish I had a better gel pedicure. First time you are using they treat you very well but second they just do so quick. Paying $20 for 15 minutes isn’t worth it. We come here to relax and feel better but finishing it in 15 minutes. Are you kidding? Pedicure

They definitely don’t tell you that a mani/pedi will cost $56 if you do gel manicure… the sign says $29. It was 5 stars for the manicurist, the temp check and the overall appearance/cleanliness, but I have to deduct stars for the lack of information.
