Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was my first experience at Dead Swanky and everything exceeded my expectations! I went in for a cut and color and Sarah blew me away. She was polite, nice, and really easy to talk to! She listened to what I wanted and did even better than I was guessing it would look like! Everyone there was super friendly and so sweet. It was a wonderful atmosphere. I would recommend Sarah(and honestly anyone else). This was my first experience at Dead Swanky and everything exceeded my expectations! I went in for a cut and color and Sarah blew me away. She was polite, nice, and really easy to talk to! She listened to what I wanted and did even better than I was guessing it would look like! Everyone there was super friendly and so sweet. It was a wonderful atmosphere. I would recommend Sarah(and honestly anyone else). I will be using Dead Swanky from now on!!

Critical: ValueI came here for the second time this week and was disappointed again by the service of the employees and the quality of the hair coloring. Last time I visited my stylist was 45 minutes late to the appointment and didn’t even apologize. This time my hair stylist did an entire color session while I “processed” which resulted in me waiting 45 minutes just toget shampooed. I felt like I wasted my money when I left there and got in the car and realized she missed a chunk of my “all over” color (which was $160 without tip!!). All in all I definitely wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be giving this place a third try. I came here for the second time this week and was disappointed again by the service of the employees and the quality of the hair coloring. Last time I visited my stylist was 45 minutes late to the appointment and didn’t even apologize. Critical: PunctualityUnfortunately I had a terrible experience with this business, specifically with the stylist. She was an hour late for my appointment. I showed her pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like and 5 hours later it was almost the exact same color it was when I arrived. I asked her to fix it and another 4 hours later it still looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I spent 10 hours at this salon and did not get what I wanted at all. And then she charged me $300 for it. I have never had this problem at any other salon and have requested the same style and color before with good results. This was just sadly a bad experience with a stylist who may not know what she’s doing. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this business, specifically with the stylist. She was an hour late for my appointment. I showed her pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like and 5 hours later it was almost the exact same color it was when I arrived.
