Critical: QualityMy overall experience was okay. But I do have to say the beautician who did my hair yes, was nice, very sweet. BUT, she had a habit of telling me what she liked instead of listening to the directions and pictures I showed. The color was a nice color but wasn’t the color I wanted at all. I asked for orange/ caramel. I got yellow. I came for a trim and color style, I didn’t really get a trim. But ultimately it turned out fine. It is what it is. Thank you for your time! And thank you for trying. She just need to remember it’s about what the client likes and wants not what she likes and wants. Also when the color was obviously not the right color she told me she would send me home with purple shampoo to fix it. Instead of fixing it herself. I didn’t get a trim in the back like I wanted. I got home and realized my hair was very damaged and dry where she colored it. My ends needed to be trimmed! She kept saying my hair was healthy! In all honesty where my hair is yellow is dry my ends are brittle. It’s disappointing. My hair style is dated very 70s. I’m glad I have a face to pull it off but it’s not what I wanted. Especially the color! The room was very dim hard to see. It just wasn’t very good. That’s me being honest so it doesn’t happen to someone else.My overall experience was okay. My overall experience was okay. But I do have to say the beautician who did my hair yes, was nice, very sweet. BUT, she had a habit of telling me what she liked instead of listening to the directions and pictures I showed. The color was a nice color but wasn’t the color I wanted at all.
