I went to dye my hair and left looking the same. The only part of my hair that sort of did get dyed was the top part of my head where my roots are at. As she was rinsing my hair she just said “ugh I knew it was gonna do this” and left me like that. After finishing up all she said was that it was gonna change after multiple washes, but it didnt. I paid for nothing.
