Critical: Quality, ValueI went to get my nails done and had initially planned on acrylics. The employees urged me to get gel nails instead. I think the main reason was because it was more convenient to do gel, plus only 1 employee knew how to apply acrylics.The employee treated my nails roughly, filing my cuticles a few times to the point where I bled. The nails itself were poorly painted too. I asked for glitter ombre, assuming it would be easy to do, but the employee messed it up and had made chunks of glitter at the tip. If I wanted my nails like this, I would’ve asked my 3-year old daughter to do my nails. She once forgot to dry and applied top coat, to which I told her but she didn’t care, and ended up ruining my nail. Overall, experience sucked and I will never go back. I had a pedicure done two days ago. The gal who did it cut pieces of the skin off on the sides of my toe (seen in the photo). A few hours later the toe was swollen, red & throbbing, and was draining puss. It hurts a lot. Won’t recommend this place.

I had a really great experience! 3 of us got in for pedis and one Mani. Everything looked very clean. Prices very reasonable! Lots of options for gel colors. My gel nails on my toes lasted 3 weeks before chipping. Ladies were friendly and accommodating. They even have a chair for kids to do pedis, so can’t wait to bring my daughter!

A friend of mine and I went to De Nails to get pedicures and pampering. Sadly we got very poor service. First, my water was freezing…then it was so hot it scalded me! There were dirt particles floating around in the tub water so I made her change it again. The ‘warm’ towel placed on my feet was so hot it hurt! She took it off for a bit to let it cool down. It was ridiculous!! She was so rude and rushing. My toe nails looked messy and the polish was smudged, as shown in attached picture. There was nothing relaxing or enjoyable about our visit. We will never return.

My neighbor and I experienced the Deluxe Pedicure…it was FANTASTIC! He is legally blind, so routinely does pedicures. If you can afford to pay a little extra, it’s well worth it.
