I received two facials from Julia and they were the most relaxing professional experiences I’ve had. Her set up was very clean and welcoming. Although both times were very pleasurable I can tell how far she’s grown in her craft and this last experience she was able to offer more insight on skin care and suggested a routine for me. She is now the only person I allow to touch my face and I contact her for all my facial care questions and concerns.

Used to go here a few times until the last appointment. I booked it over than 2 month ago, paid 100$ deposit. When I was booking it I said I want FULL head balayage and haircut which is supposed to take a lot of time. I live 1 hour away and there was some traffic. Also there were no parking spots SO when I came so I spent time looking for it. I was late for 15 min. Which I understand is a little late but my session was supposed to be about 3 hours and I think it can be worked out.

I had root touch up and conditioning with Lindsey and a hair cut and blow out with Tara. So! So! Happy with this place and the staff. Professional but not stuffy – everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. As they were working on my hair they were giving me styling tips/advice. Such a great experience and so happy I found my new salon!

Critical: ProfessionalismOn a positive note, I have never had a bad haircut/blow out from this place. However, all that is overshadowed by the insane pushiness of the stylists. I am pressured to spend $200 on products every single time I come in. I was in recently for a blow out. It was recommended that I buy some Product and put some additional Product in my hair which would have added $40 to the blow out. Then I was recommended to buy two additional products. The total would have been approximately $175 when all I wanted was a blow out. It’s literally every time, every stylist. It’s absurd and too much. I have been going to De La Mer for years!! The staff is AMAZING and really cares about their clients. The salon itself is gorgeous and gives you a truly wonderful experience all around! They have so much to offer here. I’ve seen a few different stylists over the years for a variety of different things… cut, color, style, updos, etc… Gina, JoJo, Jackie, Lindsey, Dominique, just to name a few, are all amazing! Each person is so talented and just all around really great people. I’d recommend this salon to anyone, you’ll seriously love everything about it!

I have been coming to De La Mer since April, and I have had nothing but very positive experiences here! Lindsay does an amazing job with color and highlights and really knows what your coloring needs are. Rachel gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had and unlike many hairstylists I’ve had at other salons, she actually listens to what you want and what you think would look best. Overall, De La Mer has amazing customer service and highly well educated employees.

I have been going to this salon for years and they never ever disappoint. Everyone of the stylists are super talented and I know I can walk in and have anyone cut my hair flawlessly. I personally love Ashley I think she does a great job and she’s super personable. Honestly everyone here is super personable and they make you feel comfortable no matter what. If you’re looking to get color I definitely recommend Yvonne. Hands down she’s a life saver and does an amazing job and explains everything she’s doing and really takes her time. I got a horrible dye job and immediately after I messaged her and she fit me in for an appointment the next day and she just made my hair good as new. De la mer is hands down my go to place!

I have been going to DLM for about ten years now. Stephanie has been my stylist/colorist the entire time. She is fantastic and always does a spectacular job! I always leave the salon feeling beautiful and extremely happy. The other staff are extremely friendly and accommodating as well. I have had my makeup done here a few times by Jackie. 5+ stars!!!
