I came in after ignoring the bad reviews to get a pedicure because they where empty. I wanted a regular pedicure with white gel pain that’s it. I was informed a regular pedicure was 28 dollars ofc plus extra for the gel. At the register I was told my total price was 56 dollars. Now i write this review as a warning if you want to be up charged for a mediocre pedicure go here. I wish I could post what my pedicure looks like one day later the paint is already chipping

Very rude. There were 2 workers and 1 client in the place. I walked in and they refused to acknowledge me. Finally after getting their attention bc they were so “busy” i told them I wanted to do a gel manicure. She looked annoyed and yelled $30 as if it was soo expensive and I was to be dissuaded by the price. Not hello, not what would you like to do, just yelling a price at me was my first encounter there. I said ok no problem. Then they gave me a hard time about removing my powder gel nail polish (sns), I basically walked them through how to do it, which is simply using a regular nail remover and letting it sit for 10-15 minutes. They kept saying “I know I know” and proceeded to act like they were beyond baffled and were talking to each other, then asked if I can return tomorrow? I said I couldn’t bc I was free only today with a sitter and they continued to talk amongst themselves. Mind you there was only 1 client there and I came in around 3pm. Then they said it was going to take a very long time, and I said that’s fine I’ve done this before its the same amount of time as a UV gel manicure. Again they are talking amongst themselves, i see the 1 client growing uncomfortable and looking at them perplexed, i ended up giving up. If you don’t know how to do something, don’t say “I know” and then ignore me. It’s something every decent salon should know how to do. If you dont want to work or just want to do simple manicures, dont advertise gel services. Ended up going to a salon 2 blocks down. Could’ve been my biweekly “go to” spot since I just moved to the area. No way will I give them my business.

The lady TOOK MY NAILS OFF WITH A METRO CARD ! The quality is awful, the extensions on the nails were not glued in a way that look natural, especially the thumbs. All for about $100 tip included. Worse nails I’ve ever gotten and completely overpriced!!! Don’t go here!

This place is horrible. I did my nails there and a feed days ago and four of my nails broke already. I think their items are cheap. They ask you for tips as well. So unprofessional and cheap with using their products. Stay away!!!
