Booked a appointment online (new customer) got there at my appointment time and no one acknowledged me even after they didn’t say if the lady I booked with would be with me in a few minutes or not. They did not have any good customer service why book an appointment online if you’re not going to honor that appointment and just get the next person that’s already sitting there.

I love De cache I been coming here for 2yrs with Nelly my hair is platinum blond and she never fails me she always leaves my hair exactly how I want it without any damage I would definitely recommend this place

I was attended to promptly. The owner, Nelly did absolutely what I asked for in regards to my cut and style. They also have a barber available who was able to give my 9 yr old a stylish mohawk fade. The 45 minute drive was worth it. I don’t trust very many people with my haircuts or color treatments. I will definitely return for the services De Caché provides!!

I have super short hair so I was referred to Brenda and she really does an amazing job. I even had another barber tell me whoever did my hair really knows what they are doing. She can do scissors or clippers, and will razor your edges.

I came in here on Thanksgiving Day 2016 to get my hair dyed. I told the hair stylist I wanted it grey and she had told me okay. Dying your hair grey takes a process. You have 3 sessions but this girl did it all in ONE day! So unprofessional. Even I knew you have to go multiple times to get your hair dyed to grey. Anyways I was there for 5 hours. She was rinsing off my hair, removing the foils from my hair and I noticed the trash can where she was throwing away the foils. I saw LONGGGG chunks of hair! It was MY HAIR! I was shock, I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to look rude in front of everyone. She didn’t tell me my hair got burnt/damaged off by the bleach until I started paying! I will never come here ever again! Save your money! I had to pay $175 for this crap. Next day my hair turned GREEN. I went back and told her my hair had turned green and she was like “haha yeah it’s cause I was in a hurry and didn’t leave the toner on for a long time” LIKE WOW! So unprofessional! Now today March 2017, I had to cut my long hair really short. Cut it to my shoulders due to the hairstylist damaging my whole hair! I still have damage on my hair. Don’t come here!!! Go to a professional! She clearly don’t know what she’s doing

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was there last Saturday and Mariana did my hair, she literally BURN my hair with the bleach. She left it for a long time and my hair couldn’t handle that much bleach. She gave me a haircut to cover the burnt hair , i texted her she said she would fix it on Monday and i asked for a autumn hair color and she legit gave me PINK how do confuse pink with a autum red. I left the place crying and she didn’t even apologize or give me my money back.
