This is long overdue, but better late than never! I walked in for a last minute blowout and had the privilege of getting Daniel as the stylist. He’s amazing, such a pro and so incredibly knowledgeable about his craft. My hair was shiny and bouncy – I received so many compliments about my blowout, my friends could tell I went somewhere new! I need to go back to schedule a proper hair cut and color!

My partner and I loved our body scrub and massages! Everyone was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately after my scrub my masseuse didn’t clean my feet off before I had to wash off and I fell entering the shower and ended up having to get my arm checked out. But regardless it was a nice time

Been going here for years. I bring my husband, mother, mother in law. Always requested Hanna she was amazing for massages. I took a pause during Covid came back recently to hear she retired. But still got a good massage from the new lady I can’t recall her name. Will still truly recommend.

He was confident in the color I was in search of, and he nailed it, along with partial highlights. His experience speaks for itself, as he allows you to feel confident in walking out of the salon. I’ve received so many compliments on not only the color of my hair, but down to my blowouts! He is truly the reason I drive 25 mins each way. This is my second time at De Beaute, and Antoine never disappoints! He was confident in the color I was in search of, and he nailed it, along with partial highlights. His experience speaks for itself, as he allows you to feel confident in walking out of the salon. I’ve received so many compliments on not only the color of my hair, but down to my blowouts! Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had a terrible experience. I was recommended to get my hair balayaged by Ala and she was so bad. She’s a nice person, but a bad hairstylist. First of all, they weren’t up front about how much it would cost. They told me 185 for balayage and 85 for a haircut (which is outrageous) then when I was ready to pay, they added another 55 for using the glaze/toner. They never told me it would cost extra!!! I ended up paying $370 and my hair didn’t look any different then when I came in. It looked like she didn’t dye it. So I went back for a second visit. And she was not sympathetic in the slightest. She told me that I got what I asked for. But then why didn’t my hair look different at all?! Worst experience ever. So she does my hair a second time. I try to explain what I want and she cuts me off. It’s like she wanted to just fix her mistake and get out of there. She didn’t want to hear what I wanted her to do. If I changed my request because my hair looked bad, they would have charged me again. My hair was originally dirty blond and I have medium to light color skin with warm undertones. She used bleach on my hair instead of using a color that would look normal on me. Now I have orange looking hair that looks really bad with my skin tone and now don’t want to spend another $300 to go get my hair fixed. I am very disappointed with my results. She didn’t even let me tell her what I wanted. And she didn’t cut enough the first time so I asked her to cut more and she said no, she would charge me more. And they double booked me!! When I went to get my hair fixed, she rushed towards the end because her next client showed up and now my hair looks uneven because she didn’t care to do it properly. First of all, they weren’t up front about how much it would cost. I found this salon online, and have been coming back ever since. I didn’t know this place existed until I saw it online and it was not too far so I thought I would try it out and I’m happy I did. This salon has a very welcoming atmosphere.The front desk was nice and very helpful as always. I like the layout of the salon and it is clean and organized. My stylist was Daniel and he was kind and knowledgeable while guiding me to a hairstyle I am happy with. Love the cut and Color he gave me .Very friendly and helpful staff. When Daniel wasn’t available another wonderful stylist named Nicole stepped in and helped give me a brightness to my hair that I wanted! The salon assistants are very nice and attentive. Wonderful sense of of teamwork and helpfulness all around. Beverages,comfort,friendliness and quality work! Thanks De Beaute!

Ericka is awesome and does a wonderful job on my brazillian blowout. However, sometimes they catch you with extra fees that go unknown until the end which is not courteous. This happened to me from hair coloring “polish” and eyebrow waxing different prices. I just wish they’d be upfront and honest because a day at the salon is already costing me a lot out of my small paycheck since I am a college student. Overall De Beaute is a great place and all of the staff are very professional and friendly. Will probably be back to get my hair done!
