Well I went in for a pedicure, everyone was friendly, they sat me down, and nobody ever saw about me. I was sitting there with my feet in the water for 1 hour and nobody even bothered to see about me except one lady. She was about to start on me, then I guess one of her regular clients walked in and she picked up her stuff and left to go work on her. At that point I was so fed up I got a towel and wiped my feet dry then left. Was very disappointed in the customer service. I understand everyone has bad days or sometimes they’re busy — but that’s the thing, there wasn’t basically anybody there. Very very poor service. Don’t recommend.

I didn’t have to wait at all! Everyone was really nice and they did a great job with my gel manicure! ($40) I’ve gotten shellac done in other places and they have always chipped after a few days. This was the first time I’ve done gel and they are still in perfect condition!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctualityi had been a loyal customer of d&d for years until i moved away for college. Came back home for the summer and decided to get my nails done at my favorite local place d&d. Went for dip + tip but had to have previous dip removed to the nail tech puts aluminum on each one of my fingers. He tells me to move seats and starts doing another lady’s nails from start to finish without any hurry AT ALL, completely forgetting about me. Aluminum was left on my fingers for 30 minutes when i have never had the aluminum for more than 15 in the past. could not use my phone or entertain myself whatsoever. Just had to sit and wait. Mind you they were understaffed as well so you would think theyd try to move fast. I only got the aluminim removed after I had to remind him I have been waiting for 30 mutes. I decided to no longer get my nails done as i noticed it wasnt their priority and I did not want to wait 2 hours for simple dip w tip. I still had to pay $10 for the removal, which i shouldnt have due to my horrible experience. SO UNPROFFESIONAL. i had been a loyal customer of d&d for years until i moved away for college. Came back home for the summer and decided to get my nails done at my favorite local place d&d. Went for dip + tip but had to have previous dip removed to the nail tech puts aluminum on each one of my fingers.
