I went into this place and was extremely dissatisfied. I made an appointment for a gel manicure and a classic pedicure. They charged me for a special pedicure after i told them that i didn’t want the sugar scrub for extra. My manicure was rushed and interrupted multiple times from phone calls and the guy leaving me for other customers. My nails are lumpy and the polish was not applied even at all. He left paint around my nails on the skin too. There are dust particles and small bubbles visible in my nails as well. I left with one nail bleeding from him cutting my cuticles. Needless to say i will not be returning

Made an appointment for 2oclock… showed up half an hour early, waited 30 minutes which is fine since our appoint wasn’t until 2 anyway… proceeded to get my nails done and they turned out absolutely terrible. He wouldn’t listen to anything I wanted. Told me that my nails were too unhealthy to do anything with. He added layer after layer of top coat making them look bulky and bumpy. Safe to say I will not return until Queen or the owner gets back.

Definitely VERY disappointed w my experience this time. Doesn’t even deserve a star review!! I usually go here, but my last appt wasn’t very pleasant. There was this older guy doing my nails, and they have customers that keeps coming (6 customers) there was only 2 of the staff. He was alternating w their feet and other’s manicure nails. It was nasty. And he was not being gentle nail piling my nails it felt like I was getting tortured. And my nails was ugly!! And took him 2 hours to get it done! And very uneven!! There used to be 2 younger gentlemen and a younger lady there who was taking care of my nails, and they were really good and i dont see them anymore. I doubt ill ever comeback to this place again!!

Care was taken and they didn’t even judge my hairy legs. They set the chairs for massage, so I didn’t have to figure it out. They offered cold beverages too. The HOT TOWELS! oh my heavenly. The smartest thing was to put my shoes on and then apply polish. Not sure if that is done at all places, but I thought it was a good move. It was a wonderful experience. Very affordable and made me a regular customer.

Gem I found while on the road for work. They take pride in their work. Friendly and actually listen to your wants. They accommodated us as walk ins an hour before they close for two mani pedi. This was the best pedicure ever. Me and my husband came and he said they are better than my normal salon at home in Myrtle beach.

I’ve been going to this salon for a couple of months now, and have had good experiences until recently. Queen has done an amazing job on my nails but the last few times an older and younger gentleman have done them and my service was awful. The guy kept telling me not to talk or move and my nails still turned out terrible. The establishment is extremely dirty as well and service is unpredictable.

Really welcoming environment and the family who owns it is the cutest! Overall nail experience was 4/5… I do dip powder and the price is super reasonable ($40) but not the best coat job I’ve ever had. Also not a huge fan of drilling the real nail and he used that technique a lot which makes my brittle nails even thinner. Overall great price and my nit pickiness would never be noticed by anyone else! 4 stars!
