This gel manicure is the worst I’ve ever had. It’s incredibly uneven, the gel crosses over my cuticles, & the manicure was not done to the standard it should have. This place does not care to give an enjoyable experience to its customers. I’m not from the area & was visiting family when we decided to pamper ourselves before dinner. When I was finished I brought the subpar manicure I’d just paid for to the attention of the man with a mostly shaved head (I presume he’s the owner) & my only options were for him to fix it now or I come back later. After explaining to him that we were late for dinner (due to the abnormally long process to get a gel manicure) & I’m not from the area so I can’t come back tomorrow he continued to offer these solutions? I asked him for a refund as this is not a professional gel manicure & he gave me a $10 bill. Mind you the manicure was paid for on my card for about $30. The disregard for the abysmal manicure I received was astounding & I would never recommend this place to a friend. The owner doesn’t care to give customers the experience & service they’re paying for.

Love love love d&d nails! Why people say bad reviews I don’t understand-I have been going for a long time and send all my friends, they love them. I love the staff and the work they do is great! I went to get my nails done today and it was terrible. It was just a regular paint. The cut, file, and paint is just horrible. This wasn’t even gel or nails put on. Literally just a paint and the price for the job I got was not even close to worth it and they did nothing for that. Manicure

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been going to this salon for years my nails always look gorgeous but it’s not worth the disrespect they give their customers. I’ve been loyal to this place and recently I have been treated horribly. Every time I come in I’m there for 2+ hours even tho i schedule my appointments in advance. I was here for 3 hours a few days ago and my nails chipped I come back to get it fixed and im told I need to wait. I’ve been going to this salon for years my nails always look gorgeous but it’s not worth the disrespect they give their customers. I have been coming here for a few months now, but after the interaction I had I felt compelled to write a review. I had gotten a manicure right before closing (I didn’t realize what time they close). After I left 4 of my nails were messed up due to my clumsiness. I suffer from a medical condition that at times causes uncontrollable spasms. The owner charged $5 to fix (very reasonable). As I was drying I spasmed AGAIN and needed assistance. They did so without issue. I truly appreciate their services and will certainly continue coming in (as long as they’ll have me). 🙂

I have had several less than pleasant experiences here including waiting over a half hour for an “appointment” and getting double charged. I still gave it another chance because it is close to my house. Today I had a 1:15 “appointment” and was taken at 1:30 by someone I have never seen before. She burned me many times while using the file. The woman next to me said she burned her so many times that she had to go to someone else. She worked excruciatingly slow. I was in her chair for over an hour. My nails are still tacky, theres places with no paint, and they are all uneven. I asked the owner if she was perhaps still in training since he charged me $40 for a fill which is the normal (?) price. He said no she has been doing nails for a long time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had getting a pedicure. I was looking forward to getting a nice, relaxing pedicure all day. Sat in the pedicure chair at 5:05 by 5:25 I was all done. The woman rushed me the whole time. One foot in one foot out . Cut my nails , never filed them down. Barely gave me a massage- was more worried with cleaning up her mess. Came time to pay – the guy rang me up and I was done. I couldn’t wait to just get out of there. I started getting my tip ready and the guy calls me back to the register and told me I owed him $5 more dollars. I asked him for what and he tells me that the girl gave me a special top coat that cost five more dollars. I told him I never asked for anything special. He kept insisting that I owed him five more dollars. All straight faced and rude. It wasn’t even about the money. I got skimped out of a nice relaxing pedicure and now he wanted more money. He wouldn’t let it go- my blood was boiling! After a few minutes the $5 that I was going to tip the girl – I just put down on the counter and left. Never, ever going back there and I will 100% tell everyone I know – NOT to go there. Very unprofessional and rude!!! This is not a way to a run a business. Also, just to add- I should’ve read the reviews before I went there. The comments they write back are a shame- so rude and disrespectful!!!

I honestly didn’t have the best experience there at all. The guy who did my gel manicure was pretty rough on my nails and almost made my cuticles bleed. I found that they were pretty rude there too and I didn’t have a relaxing experience there. I will not go there again. Gel manicures

Really terrible service. I go here for the convenience but honestly it’s not worth it. They do not honor “appointments” so they tend to overbook and you wait for long periods of time despite booking for a set time. (For example, I waited for 40 minutes). Only to be rushed through my appointment and given a TERRIBLE manicure/pedicure. Not worth the frustration, go literally anywhere else.
