12/21/22: I had an appointment for three pedicures.When I called they guaranteed that there would be three people available to do all three of us at the same time. We arrived at our scheduled time. We waited about 15 minutes before anyone greeted us. We were finally sent back to the chairs. We heard the two ladies working say that their boss decided to leave for the day. One lady called the boss. She confirmed that she just decided she didn’t want to work the rest of the day!! (It was on speaker phone so we all heard her). She seriously just walked out on her appointments leaving the other two girls hanging! The woman working had to cancel appointments for the day because she left!! Also two other ladies had to wait over an hour for their appointments. We got the ultimate deluxe pedicure which included the paraffin wax. Because the appointment took so long (almost 2 1/2 hours) I choose not to do the wax! My nail tech Heidi did a good job (although she did use quite a bit of foul language). The price for the pedicure was stated that it was $50. The price ended up being $73 each. We did get gel but it was never mentioned that gel would add $23 more on to the pedicure! I was disappointed and appalled at the lack of professional of the “boss”. I did leave our nail techs a tip because I did not feel it was their fault or fair what happened to them. I do not mind spending money if I receive good service. I definitely did not get my money worth and would not recommend this place to anyone!

I was a walk in for gel nails and a pedi. I was greeted immediately as I entered the business. The woman was very kind and said she could get me going right away. The entire process for my toes and my fingers was about 2 hours. It was all worth it. My favorite part in the paraffin wax dip for my feet. The 2 women working at the time worked together to continue my care as well as 2 others that were in the store. I will continue with my business here for sure.

I hated that each time I make appointment I still wait at the very least 45 minutes . And the work is always done by a different person Everytime . Vincent is an amazing nail tech and I also liked Tony I myself was a nail tech for 27 years in Florida . My clients never waited more than 10 minutes if any at all. I kept schedule and I made them feel my attention was always on each client and they all kept coming back. I prefer to keep one tech that I choose when I pay to have a service done .
