OMG this is my 2 nd time trying to give this place another chance and after I told them I didn’t like it she continued and then cut them all off and sent me home like this with no apology no offer to give a discount. I made an apt at 3pm 3 days before and they took 3 hrs to get me seen and this is what my final nails looked like.. horrible horrible service didn’t offer a resolution but to come back tomorrow? Wanted me to go home looking like this after waiting 3 hrs . Even after I made an apt I can’t say enough about this place it’s not a professional place at all!

i’ve never reviewed a business before but today i feel like i really need to. last weekend i booked an appointment for my daughters birthday with Angie, the day comes and they call saying if we can be rescheduled for a later time, and we agreed on a time and i made to Angie was still going to do them and i was told yes. we show up and i tell them i had an appointment with Angie and they tell me she’s not there. ok whatever, my daughter gets her nails done, she loved them. i book an appointment for myself and later the same day i get called asking to change my appointment time. i change it, it’s fine whatever. literally an hour before my appointment, i get called asking to be rescheduled AGAIN. i agree even though im a little upset. as Tony is doing my nails, he’s hardly even paying attention to what he’s doing and is more focused on the soccer game that’s on TV. they are nothing like i asked for. some are crooked, some are THICK, some are curved upwards, and not even straight on my actual nail! after he files them i ask him to just remove them because they are awful and he says he has to charge me for that. i set $50 on his station and just walked out. im upset. disappointed. this place definitely is not what it used to be! i do not recommend.

I made a pedicure appointment for 3pm. I understand that they may be running behind on other clients, but I sat there for 40 minutes and only got my feet put in water. No greeting, no acknowledgement of the wait, no apologies, no nothing. Also, it is not a very relaxing environment. No surround sound speakers, just music blasting from the TV by the pedi station. Between the blasting music and kids running around, you’re not gonna relax.

So I told her no don’t cut the side’s because I get ingrown toenails and she did, then she burnt my legs and feet with the rocks and wax, then I told her over and over I wanted just my tips done and she painted my whole nail. By that time I was so stressed and wore out I figured f””k it don’t care anymore cuz in 6 months I’ll be miserable with ingrown toenails anyway.
