Critical: CleanlinessI’ve gone here several times. I was always concerned that they were using manicure equipment on all clients without cleaning in between. I’ve sat down for a manicure where there were still nail clippings and filings on the table from the previous client (which is gross). One time my person was going back and forth between a pedicure and my nails without washing in between. Foolishly I kept coming mostly because the prices were so reasonable and the work was decent. Finally when my I came in for an acrylic fill and the polish was removed I noticed three nails have turned black and blue, like an awful bruise under the nail. Yes, I acquired a lovely nail fungus from this place. I am really, really sorry to write this review but I strongly feel that the public should have all the information they deserve to make a decision to patronize this salon.Service: ManicureI’ve gone here several times. I’ve gone here several times. I was always concerned that they were using manicure equipment on all clients without cleaning in between. I’ve sat down for a manicure where there were still nail clippings and filings on the table from the previous client (which is gross). One time my person was going back and forth between a pedicure and my nails without washing in between. Foolishly I kept coming mostly because the prices were so reasonable and the work was decent. I went in for a powder manicure and said I had to leave by a certain time and if it were possible to squeeze me in otherwise I will come back. I was 40 minutes late to a doctors appointment because they just wanted my business and did not respect my time. Honestly the worst nail spa I have ever been to. I went in for a powder manicure and said I had to leave by a certain time and if it were possible to squeeze me in otherwise I will come back. I was 40 minutes late to a doctors appointment because they just wanted my business and did not respect my time. No massage and made sure we tipped, but the job was not good. Some nails have lines running through them and you can see my nails through the gel.I also have gotten powder nails twice and each time they did one coat less on one hand, so the colors were completely different.
