After moving to Watertown area for half a year, and procrastinating to find a local hairdresser by using drugstore hair dye, I finally decided to come to D’Ciro for hair coloring. Cassia was so welcoming and friendly throughout the process, and she kept her customers’ health in mind by wearing a mask and having one customer at one time. Although I just need a root touch-up to cover about 2 in of the grey, she did a thorough consultation on the color matching and the desired effect. In the end, the original patchy color was merged beautifully, and my hair color looked very natural without looking overdone and heavy. She even went above and beyond to blow out and set my uneven section of naturally curly hair so it was smooth and sleek. And the price was unbeatable for the service provided. I will be coming back, not only to support a local small business but for the wonderful experience Cassia at D’Ciro provided!

Other places usually tug and pull on your hair the whole time and it isn’t fun, and at the end you never know if it’ll actually last. But at D’Ciro it was like a hair spa treatment. No tugging at all, and it was easy! She explains everything so well and offers such a fair price! It was a great time and good conversation. The BEST place to get keratin! I’ve been getting keratin treatments for years because I have crazy curly hair. Other places usually tug and pull on your hair the whole time and it isn’t fun, and at the end you never know if it’ll actually last. But at D’Ciro it was like a hair spa treatment. Cassia is wonderful! I came in recently for a keratin treatment and am so happy with the results. I have thick curly/wavy hair that takes a lot of product and time to style. Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? I had the most amazing keratin treatment from Cassia. This was my 2nd treatment with her and I will never go elsewhere. I have very fine hair and she took so many measures to treat my hair carefully. I have now had my keratin treatment for 3 months and I still don’t have to use a product to keep my hair straight, it’s amazing! I would recommend that you purchase the shampoo that the salon carries. I made the mistake of using a different shampoo the first time around and my treatment did not last as long. I have zero breakage and my hair has never looked healthier!! Looking forward to my next treatment with Cassia! Thank you!!

I love this place. Went there this past Saturday, wanted to tame my curly hair but wanted curls just looser. I wanted to use less heat on my hair so I went to Cassia for a keratin, and I can’t believe how soft and silky my hair is!!!!! It’s usually very frizzy after a blow dry, but looks so healthy and shiny now. I will be going back in a few weeks for a color. Cassia is very knowledgeable about keratins and hair in general and is very personable. I would highly recommend her—she is extremely talented, takes pride in her work, and does an amazing job!
