I am removing my previously review and downgrading my experience. Even though I specifically asked her about changing my appointment right after about scheduling for the next day, I was still charged a cancellation fee. It wasn’t a no show or anything, just a change of date RIGHT AFTER scheduling. When asked about it she didn’t reimburse the amount. Great nails but pretty bad customer service, won’t be returning.
