Critical: QualityI went there for a haircut. The owner is very lovely and pleasant. But this was the worst haircut I got in my life. I had the worst experience at this salon. I asked for a deep condition and she did not know what a deep condition is. The wash was terrible… she did not shampoo the back of my head and did not scrub my scalp. The wash process including regular conditioner took 4 mins. My hair was still dirty at the end of the wash. I have natural hair and she passed the flat iron over each section 5x. I informed her that she burnt my hair and she seemed to not understand me.

Had an Appointment with Carmen but she did not show up becasue she got stuck in traffic coming back from the airport. Daugher offered to cut my hair and I agreed to have her do it. I drove over 40 minutes to the salon and didn’t think anything would go wrong as all I needed was a trim. Carmens daughter butchered my hair. I should have walked away the minute she didn’t show up and didnt have the courtesy of calling me to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
