Do not go here!! I am surprised they have such great reviews. Not only did I watch them REUSE THE SAME TOOLS on myself and the lady next to me at pedicure. (They just toss the tools back on a tray that they share as they’re doing the service, HIGHLY unsanitary!) And I also got my nails done and when I had to have my acrylics removed for work, she RIPPED THEM OFF BY SHOVING ANOTHER NAIL UNDER THEM!!! it hurt so bad and she just said “poor baby” and when I asked if she could soak them off she said “no no, can’t do that” and that it “takes too long”. Such unsanitary and lazy practices it is unbelievable. The nails didn’t look that good I had to stop at another nail salon on my way to vacation to get them filed and shaped correctly. The gems weren’t even. I could go on, just please save your money and go elsewhere.

I’ve given this place many chances now, mainly because they are close to home and I wanted it to work. Pedicures done by the older gentlemen are great! No complaints there. The lady who does lashes, is all about getting as much money as she can from you without providing quality work (I’m only talking about nails I haven’t had my brows or lashes done by her). The first time she did my nails all of them lifted and when I went back the older gentlemen had to remove all of my nails and redo them. Today I went in with coffin nails, she began to file them straight, I told her my nails were coffin and she told me they were not and she was charging me extra to shape them. Mind you they were coffin and the nails she was filling in came from the same shop. Poor business practices. I will never be back and I encourage you all to spend your money in a place that cares about the work they do for you.

I gave them a few chances now for convenience and I see why business is slow here! I thought it was because it’s fairly new!! No… they only have 1 pedicure person and she has to be reminded to sanitize the tools (for my peace and sanity) gross and disgusting…. They get rude and hostile per basic request like filing/ shaping every nail consistently, your polish of choice and design! Easier to “Just say you cant execute it”. The ATM inside doesn’t work and they charge you an extra fee for using a card to pay!!!! This is not a relaxing place .. not being funny but they yell back and forth aggressively the whole time!!!!!!
