I told her I would try them out and see if I got used to the color. I contacted her a couple days later to see if we could darken them and she got me right in to fix the color free of charge. I asked for blonde balayage & she had no hesitation. She did such a wonderful job. I love my hair! Her salon is a well run business, very clean & a beautiful non-intimidating atmosphere.
