I went to this place based on the reviews I read and I did not have a good experience. I had a terrible pedicure. I wasn’t asked if I wanted my toe nails cut and the first two nail that was cutt was cut too short all the way down to my skin. My toe is in pain and my toe nail is now even. My toe nail was uneven on both toes I had to ask the nail tech to fix it. The manicure was about 10-15 mins. Super quick barely removed my cuticles. There was so also so much nail polish added. When removing my toe gel polish it was also not removed properly. I was extremely unsatisfied and will not be returning to this business.

i rarely do this but i am very upset with the state of my nails. on wens i went in at 3:30 for my appointment for an acrylic set. i didn’t get started until 3:57.. only because the nice younger guy realized i’ve been waiting for while. i made by appointment with plenty of time to be out by 4:30 and i didn’t even have acrylic on yet and i had to leave! i started at one person that just put on the nails. then moved to another that just shaped them and they were all different sizes, i then asked to speak to a manager and all he did was say i can’t leave without acrylic on and so i said i can come back later. i came back and the nails were beautiful. but the next day my pinky’s were lose and friday they fell off so i went back and they were fixed. now it’s monday and i’m missing 2 more.. i havent even went to work yet! i’m highly disappointed, i didn’t even get the person i asked for. and i still payed 65 dollars for 4 nails to fall off before a week and not getting serviced at my appointment time and having to come back. i’m VERY annoyed and disappointed.

Place was clean, but didn’t notice my technical getting tools from sanitizer but rather from the bottom of the table, maybe there is a sanitizer there?! Pedicure was ok, in scorching hot water I thought my feet will cook, didn’t get to lower the temperature by the time I was already done. Gel manicure – horrible, I don’t know why they call it a manicure and charge $30, didn’t push, trim or treat cuticles in any way, I had to ask to trim the loose skin around nail few times, she cut and filed the nail and applied gel polish. Another issue with polish for toes and nails, I got it done and as soon as I walked out it already looked like had at least a week growth out, she put nail polish so far from cuticles… I really don’t understand is it a way to get me back in a week? I picked this place based on reviews, not sure how these clients got these amazing pedis and Manis, but I need to go to that technician next! Just not sure I’ll ever go back.

I met a woman at my Mom’s memory care unit who has really been making my life easier. She’s great on tips. She has a head full of resources. This nail salon was excellent. A little trouble getting who I wanted but I moved my schedule around. I’m glad I did because my gel nails look as though I got them done today. I got them done over a week ago. I ‘ve been doing a lot of housework, using gloves, but I always need a repair or extra coat. Nope! They look great! It was fast and they knew the color I liked. Try them out. Reasonable too
