I have had almost every service here and I can say I would recommend this salon any day anytime. The employees truly go above and beyond to make you happy. The owner is very involved and professional. You can tell the girls truly love their jobs and they are all incredibly talented.One thing I noticed- It is pretty sad that the people who left one star reviews have also left one star reviews every other place they have been in their lives. Do with that information as you please. I have been coloring my hair for many years and it’s very thick. I am picky about not having any red tones in my hair, or a boxy looking cut ,she has never once disappointed me. She is always very professional,timely and friendly ! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a fresh new look ! I love coming to Dalen’s Salon. The staff there are great ! My stylist, Candace Dodd is an awesome beautician! I have been coloring my hair for many years and it’s very thick. I am picky about not having any red tones in my hair, or a boxy looking cut ,she has never once disappointed me. She is always very professional,timely and friendly ! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy husband got me a gift card to this hole with lipstick. Upon arrival, I noticed no one was wearing their masks so I asked Bailey if we could do a lash tint and lift as well as a brow tint, and she said yes no problem. So I asked for brown brows since I’m a blonde and originally had a 45m facial appointment. 25 minutes and one application to each and my lashes were still blonde and my brows were black. She told me I would have to come back for my lift. So after my next appointment for my haircut, I asked at checkout to speak with someone regarding my rushed visit and the results. I was met with rudeness and a woman who simply wanted to argue. They didn’t even know what to charge for a lash tint with no lift because it’s not an item on their menu. The woman told me if I’d stick with the $50 facial instead of the $55 lashes and $37 brows, that I would have used up my gift card like I wanted. She asked me to close my eyes twice and then said she could see it but in lieu of a discount or refund, I could sit for another application… because I can spend my entire day in the salon. Obviously, no one taught this rude woman math or customer service. I will never go here again, worst customer service I’ve experienced. The wallpaper is nice. Upon arrival, I noticed no one was wearing their masks so I asked Bailey if we could do a lash tint and lift as well as a brow tint, and she said yes no problem. I started going there last year with Cierra. 30 people recommended her to me. I was so scared because I was spoiled at my old salon in Florida. I went in and she gave me a partial high light and let me just say, it was the lightest I have ever been and my hair cut was the best hair cut I ever had. She took time and attention to get exactly what I wanted. Every stylist I have ever used has been amazing. Lindsay and Candance do such amazing work ! Their pricing is sooo great. I pay little money and feel like I got my hair done in New York. I used to work for an expensive rich stylist from New York. She was a certified master stylist and Dalena gives her a run for her money. I have been going there for a full year. Everyone must experience the Dalena experience. You’ll never want to go any where else. Trust me. I learned from experience. I cheated on them on time because they were busy. I regretted it so much. Dalena fixed me right up again. I was so scared because I was spoiled at my old salon in Florida.
