$50 for a gel pedicure. I appreciate the fact that lady took her time with my pedicure unlike other nail salons. I felt pampered and tipped her well. It’s nice to be seen as an actual customer instead of just a dollar sign if you know what I mean. I’ll be back.

This is the 2nd time I’m sure I’ve been overcharged. I did realized they haven’t updated their in store prices, after i looked at they’re pamphlet and seen different price. I asked for a #2 pedicure and acrylic set. They gave me color powder which i didnt ask for. Little did i know its an extra charge. I would have been okay with gel polish. After looking at the pamphlet that should have been 95$ im assuming for the medium length nails that $5 xtra which equal $100. Im still confused as to why i was charged $110? The last time i was also charged an extra 10$

I am a bit offended and sad writing this post. I can’t believe what this nail spa has come down to. The man in the very front is very rude and unprofessional and disrespectful. I am a loyal client who goes there to see either Cindy or Thia every 2 weeks. When I went in the last time on Thursday May 5th I was clearly overcharged by the man in the front. When I asked why I was being charged more than usual, he responded “ you had your nail cut”. I proceeded to tell him “I did not”, he then confirmed it with Thia that I didn’t. Well I don’t know what his deal was but he ended the conversation with “$40 extra for you next time, and I don’t want to see you ever again”. I don’t know if it’s because he’s not used to being called out when he’s overcharging or what. But I highly recommend you go find yourself an honest salon. He is very unprofessional and they will charge you for credit card fee. Contacting the BBB and osha will be my next step as I saw a lot of things that are not within safety health practices

I went here a few times and I enjoyed my experience but recently me and my daughter went and had not much of a pleasant experience. The lady who did my daughter’s feet really took the care and time doing her pedicure. Wish I would of got her name, but mine on the other hand was rushing and no customer service at all. It was more of a hurry up and move on to the next customer. Also, when checking out the male I believe he is the owner just took my money and moved on. No quality customer service.

So the lady who provided the service was nice but clearly not paying attention. I picked a color and when she began to paint I noticed she was applying a different color after I inquired her response oh we don’t have the color you picked. Instead of getting upset I said ok let’s pick a color I want. Boom solved. Next we move to my fullest. I wanted a simple French tip gel with fiberglass …simple. when I tell you it took 15 minutes to explain this I was devastated. I declined color and just got super tiny nails with clear top coat no gel. Then after all that mess, dude tried charge me for the original request. We talked it out without an issue but he clearly was not in tune with his team. I will not be returning.

I really LIKED this salon, until recently I decided to get dip powder on my natural nails. It’s been two weeks and they are getting caught to my hair, not to mention most of finger nails are filed square except my short nails are filed round.
