I went in Tuesday night this week to get a set of acrylic’s. I originally wanted long nails as i think they look better on me than short ones, but when i walked in at 5:50 when they close at 7? i was immediately guested at the door asking how long i wanted my nails and i told her how long i wanted them… not too long but not short. she said she would have time for me so i sat and waited abt 20 mins for her to finish a ladies mani. she started on my nails and DID NOT ask me if the length was good before cutting, then asks if it was too long when in reality it was too short. she then did not put my fingers tg to make sure they were even with my opposite hand and they are not even. some of my blues are darker than my others. i wanted WHITE paint on my nails with my bfs initials but she wanted to do black. im too scared to speak up so i honestly let her do her own thing bc she was also in a hurry to pick her daughter up by 8 which i thought was strange if you started my nails at 6:10 thats more than enough time to have done longer nails AND the way i wanted them. i made my nail choice easy as ive already been here once and both times have been bad experiences. i do NOT recommend this place.

Worst services ever. My grandson’s fiance and wedding party went their for pedicures and acrylic nails. The staff was very rude. My daughter showed them a photo on her phone of what she wanted. The started painting her nails for a regular manicure instead of a set of acrylic nails. They finally told her that they didn’t have time to do acrylic nails on her. My daughter was devastated as the rest of the wedding party had all of theirs done except her. We ended up having to take her to a different salon where she was treated very nicely and got what she wanted. I recommend that you do not go to this spa Dazzling Nails otherwise also known as Kim’s Nails.

First time trying out the new salon since the previous couple retired. Kim and Danielle were very kind and attentive the entire time. They were the only techs on shift and Kim was serving another customer when I and another client walked in. Danielle quickly prepped the other client and then prepped me and was bubbly and friendly the entire time. I soaked my feet for a pedi and when Kim finished with her previous client she immediately took care of me. My toes look great and she gave a nice leg massage. Thank you so much!! I’ll definitely be back 🙂
