I’ve been here before but when I called last the person on the phone just seemed super impatient and like I was bothering her when I was trying to work around THEIR SCHEDULE! Made me feel like they couldn’t care less if they made another appointment that day or not. It’s ok I found what I needed elsewhere. Please be pleasant on the phone. You guys were top choice on my list and I’d been calling for days prior to make an appt prior this last experience. You’ve made it to top 5 salons for me not to go to when it comes to customer service smh.

I feel like this place has A LOT of potential, I even gave it a second shot because I was pleased with my pedicure, but I couldn’t help but feel like I was going to catch a fungus the whole time.. I watched the tech take my toe separater and throw it back in her draw for the next client.. I can only assume nothing she used on me was sanitized.. besides everything feeling dirty, the techs do have potential. I feel like the owner needs to take these concerns into consideration before someone catches a nasty infection.

BEWARE….I will NEVER go here again!!! I had a HORRIBLE experience at this Dazzling Nails !! I wish i could give this place less than 1 star but that’s the only option. They are very unprofessional and rude. After waiting for over an hour to get a pedicure i was put in the chair and my feet in water for 20 minutes, then someone walks in and demands to take my spot because they had an appointment. Instead of telling the client they were running late, they took my feet out of the water and told me I had to wait. They gave me my shoes and told me to come back. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism in my life! Not to mention they did NOT disinfectant the tub between clients. They are rude and disgusting! BEWARE
