My entire toe nail fell off day after service here . The guy who did my hands and feet was an older skinny gentleman . He clipped his finger nails in front of me and used the same ones to clip mine …he picked at my feet instead of smoothing them down . The way he did my toe was hurting and that same toenail fell off . The equipment is not cleaned . He used the same mail filer he used on himself on my nails ! Yes I am suing them .

I wasn’t happy with my service at all. I’m not sure if they are stuck in the early 2000s, but they truly need to update their nail designs and styles if they are going to charge $$$ for poor service.

Staff were friendly but was disappointed w/my nails. They were not shaped properly and the polish started to peel off the very next morning. Overall a hot mess. Even w/an appointment, the wait was long. Would not return.
