I literally walked out without paying for my nails. The lady that did my full service cut my cuticles so deep. I was bleeding, probably because she was so interested in shipping her kids back to Vietnam…like i understand but ma’am you are CUTTING my fingers !! She also was talking about me in Vietnamese. Didn’t realize I had my translator on and she was translated “her baby toe have no nail disgusting” like how rude of you to talk in another language about me. She was also on the phone the entire service with her kids and constantly cut me. Gave me a design I DID not ask for. I will never return to this place of establishment. After telling her I was not paying, she walks in the back and so i just left. Neverrrrrr again

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy sister and I came in today for pedicures a full set and a refill. Pedicures went great! Just very slow. Once it was time for nails the woman that did my full set barely spoke a word to me and was too busy speaking to the other employees or on her phone. She was very rough, did not clean under my nails or anything, my nails are still jagged on the edges and the paint color is jagged. My sister got her refill done and only got a clear coat on top because she had pink and whites from a previous location we went to. With gel top coat on my nails and her nails and her toes the cost was completely outrageous! If you’re going to charge almost $200 for 2 pedis a full set and a refill with nothing special except gel …. then make it worth $200! Not to mention being there for almost 4 hours without the wait!!!! I’ve been coming here since at least 2015. My daughter has come, my husband has even come here. They are always so pleasant, everything is always really clean, the massage chairs are always working. They also have a smaller Hello Kitty chair for the girls to get a pedicure. The staff is very kind, they do a great job. Love them.

UV gel refills are not worth the money. ($55 for refill and pedicure) Nails start to come off and split quickly and they charge additional for repairs and removal when requested because of the issues. Tried their salon three times and have had the same issue all three times. Will not be back and would not recommend.

My best friend and I went to this place to get our acrylics taken off. First off it was like we were being judged for wanting our nails off. Our 4&5 MONTH OLD NAILS. LIKE SORRY, NOT SORRY. The lady (who is not my regular person) was talking on the phone the whole time she was doing my nails. She would stop frequently just to talk. When she finally finished she told me to go wash my hands and I’d be done. She was rough as hell too. She went off to go do something else and completely ignored my friend. So I had to tell her she was waiting too. Then she stops halfway taking them off and sends someone else to do it.

lets just say im about to cry… a friend convinced me to go here instead of my usual place and of course this was for prom. lets just say i got gel french tip and the white is literally all different shapes and sloppily done. my toes look fine but im very upset with the way my nails turned out. there goes $60 down the drain

They only accept cash tips and get upset with you when you do not want to use the ATM machine and be charged a fee to take out cash, even though the only reason they don’t accept tips on cards is because they are charged a percentage. The acrylics I had done were sloppy from the shape to the paint job. I do not think they understand that there are many competitors in the area and customer service is a MUST.
