I have loved Dazzling nails and never had an issue before today. I came in for a fill and color change on my acrylics. The tech who did my nails had no idea what she was doing. I had to continually tell her what shape I wanted and that I wanted to cut them a little shorter. She didn’t speak to me and watched a video on her phone, which she hid in the drawer, the entire appointment. She was very rude and unprofessional. I was continually having to have her fix multiple nails after she said she was “done”. When it came time for the gel i asked for another coat of the color because it was incredibly streaky, she was upset and didn’t understand why. Someone had to come explain it to her. She did it and seemed even more rude. After she was done with the gel color she continued filing my nails and making them shorter than i ever asked for. With my gel polish done. Even when i told her the length was perfect and i didn’t want them shorter. I have large bubbles on multiple nails and a few that have large ridges that you can see and feel. On a few of my nails they even look grown out due to her filing around my cuticles too much after the color. I mentioned it to her and she ignored me.

Waited for over an hour. They are not in a rush to do anything. There was 4 or 5 people just standing around basically. My nail technician was very kind but she was incredibly rough! I left with 4 different fingers *bleeding* due to her using the electric filer and taking my cuticle like completely off. I also asked for a rounded shape and she proceeded to clip the sides of my nails off and then began filing very roughly until the sides of my fingers were somewhat raw. I got home and my hands are sore. I’ve used up all of my toddlers baby shark bandaids 0/10 recommend this place for multiple reasons. Save your money.

First time there… I had them remove 4 nails from previously old set and get a new full set put on. Also asked to have them “longer” than what is considered normal. I also paid a 20% tip. In all I paid $81.60 total. 8 out of 10 nails broke within 3 days. Spoke to mngr and was told to come back in and set could be replaced for free of charge. Made an appt, waited for over 30 min while tech took another woman in front of me. When Tech was done she looked at my nails and proceeded to accuse me of clipping them or cutting them off. She Refused service on me. Wouldn’t even take the broken nails off! The next day I spoke to the manager she stated that Tech told the owner that I ‘clipped’ my nails. Why would I do that? Per the mngr, owner is willing to give me 20% off on a new set. No way! Didn’t even offer any compensation, nothing. I hope that a lot of people read this review and company loses a lot of service. The whole thing is ridiculous. Needless to say I will never be going back!

My regular nail tech is unavailable at the moment, and I wanted to get a Valentine’s set. I looked on google reviews and this place has 4 stars so I thought it might be a good option. The facility was really nice so I was optimistic, but the nail technician, Vicky, started to rip off my acrylics with nail clippers instead of doing a soak off which was very painful and unsafe. She was clearly trying to save time. I showed her what I wanted, and it started out okay, but she didn’t file my nails evenly at all and the hearts were misshapen. I didn’t get what I wanted, but I figured it was the typical 50-60$ for a set. When I went to pay, she charged me 90$ and I tipped 18% to be nice so it resulted in a total of 110 dollars. I left but came back to ask if it was a mistake, and told her i wasn’t happy with the service bc there was visible glue on my nails from the rhinestones and my nails were hurting. She didn’t acknowledge that but said the design was 30$. I doubt I will get refunded and if I even get a response to this review, I’m sure it will be the same prewritten one everyone else has gotten but since I’m asked about 5 times a day at my job where I get my nails done, I will make sure to let everyone know to never go here. This place is an absolute joke.

This was the worst. The guy must have been new that did my pedicure. A 3yr old could have done better. Because that is what it looked like when he polished my toenails. They had to get someone else to come correct all his mistakes! For the prices they charge..they need to do better. I will never go again..wish I could give no stars!!! Pedicure

Absolutely rude service. Vicky was rude when I was getting a pedicure because I didn’t know the number of color I wanted but knew the name. She man handled my feet and was visibly getting upset at me for no reason. Then for my dip manicure she kept saying watch the tv when I wanted to look how my nails looked to make sure they were good. I even showed a picture to show how I wanted them. She asked me once is this a good length I said yes because I already felt uncomfortable and thought she knew since she said yeah okay at the picture. I said the same length and shape as the picture. When she finished I looked and they were short. The whole time she was getting mad at me I don’t even know why she kept making faces. She told me watch the tv at least 10 times. I just wanted to make sure she was doing them how I wanted. I told the manager and he took her side saying I should have said something so it would be easier on him. The manager told her something and then she came over to me all mad saying now we’re gonna have to take them all off. They still came out thick like he didn’t really try because he was upset I said something. They still charged me full price we even had an appointment and they still took over an hour to attend us. I used to comes here alot before having my baby but never again. Believe the reviews and take your money somewhere else. Oh yeah they also charged extra for “long” nails. What a joke.

Clean and friendly. However they don’t up to cuticles with dip. The next day noticed they look a week grown out already. Only went here since usual place was closed for holiday and this one had decent reviews. I won’t be back spending 48 for dip on natural nail with 2 hearts drawn that aren’t pretty. Top of nail towards cuticle not filed down, huge bump from natural to dip top and left overs.

We always get great service here. The staff is helpful and polite, and they do great work. The massage chairs and beverage availability are an added bonus. The salon is always clean, and the iPad check in saves your information so it makes return visits easy.
