My family had an extremely frustrating experience today at this place. If there was a better word to describe livid that’s how we felt. My daughter’s had an appointment at 10am. We were in the parking lot at 9:45. Waited for the staff to arrive at 10:05. My daughter’s got in a line out the door but expected to be able to get in for their 10am appointment. NO! Instead they were told they were going to have to wait for others that did not have appointments. Plus they only take cash so while I was out running to the bank to get cash they told my daughter’s they wouldn’t be able to fit them in today.

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySaid they would not take the gel polish off my nails and redo them because I didn’t get my nails done by them in the first place. She wanted to take my whole fake nail off and charge me for the acrylic when I just got my nails done two days ago. I said I would pay for the polish and gel which is usually $15 for all 10 fingers but only needed 3 fixed. They make appointments and NEVER have the staff to fill those appointments. The last straw was 2 appointments for my granddaughters nails for their homecoming da b ce. They weren’t there at the appropriate time and wouldn’t get them in for 4 hours. ! Never again will I use them. Acrylic nails

They are friendly enough but the customer service is poor. When you make a appointment they don’t take your name, and appointments really makes no difference cause you’re still kept waiting. The place is not clean and I don’t think they sanitize the tools after each client. I went 3 times 2 of 3 were bad experiences. I won’t be going back .

Unprofessional. Did not greet anyone as they came on. Stated they make appointments but when I showed up for my appointment I was told “long wait” (at least 3 hours). Did not feel valued as a customer. Will not be back!
