Really bad experience here. Waited 45 minutes, which would have been fine had I been told upon arrival it would be a 45 minute wait and I chose to wait this long. They kept telling me just a few more minutes. I got a no chip and it is not good. The color does not even cover my whole nail on the sides and is super thick at the tip. They also left color all on my skin. The only reason I gave them two stars is because it only cost $32, which I think is reasonable had this been a good experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ming did a wonderful job on my nails! I came in for a fill, shape and polish change. She was very attentive to detail and she was very gentle with my hands. Very clean salon with wide variety of color and design.

The place is very clean and the prices are responsible. The staff wasn’t very positive. They felt the need to commentate on the amount of dry skin on my feet and my sisters. It was very unprofessional. I got the no chip and she had to redo an entire foot. I paid for the milk and honey treatment w/ wax but the bag torn 3 times. So I felt like I didn’t even receive the treatment. It took so long. Spent 2.5 hours there just to get a pedicure. Maybe the girl was new since she was so young, but I still feel cheated out of money.

The nail tech had an attitude when I got there and for the next 30-40 min. Terrible experience! Paid $60 for a short acrylic no chip set with white tips but they looked a mess and were crooked. The older man usually did my nails but he wasn’t there. I won’t be coming back again.

I tried to get my nails done here. I have been a regular. I went in to get my nails done.I was told it was a 40 minute wait. I waited 40 minutes. A couple of walk-ins came in. The customer asked if they could get done si nce they were walk-ins. They took them and left me sitting there.

I am extremely satisfied with the results of my manicure and pedicure. I believe it was the owner’s son who had worked on me and the customer service was great. I would also like to add that this establishment looks very clean and they put in an effort towards presentation. They have a wide selection of nail colors and powders, which all appear to be pretty new considering the fact that this is a new business here in Bolingbrook. I will definitely be coming back again. I would also like to note that if you have any special requests, it’s best to communicate that to your nail tech early on, that way you get the desired look you were going for.
