Please don’t go here to get your nails done! The service is horrible! They are very rude, unpleasant and racist! The 1st time I went I got a pedicure and dip powder nails. My pedicure was rush and the lady half polish my toes and wore gloves to dip my nails and won’t touch my bare hands cause I’m African American. I notice the other worker who service two caucasian ladies didn’t wore no gloves. After I paid her she had the nerve to ask me for a tip. Are you serious? Although they prices were reasonable, I figure I’ll give them another try and go with a different worker. I got a pedicure and dip again. I pick the colors and it match perfectly it was pink. The girl rush through my pedicure. She started doing my nail and I notice the colors on my feet was red and the color on my dip powder nails was fuchsia pink. I inform the girl about the difference in the colors. She responded and said she didn’t know what I was talking about like she didn’t understand English now. Furthermore, she started yelling and talking in their language to the other workers. So I got up and got both color used on me and showed the man who works there. I told him the colors are not the same but I really like my dip powder nail color. So I ask him to change the color red on my feet to match my dip powder nails? he told me I had to pay $12 for an error of products they are using that are not perfect match and he act like he really didn’t care. They have very old polish in there on the shelf and $1 nail polish I have seen in the beauty supply. I told them I won’t be back! 30 mins later my dip powder nails started peeling off. $64 wasted. Reviews tells the truth. Next time I will pay more attention to the reviews, before I try a new shop. It’s obvious, they had no customers. There were 2 customers each time I went. Overall, they had bad service and it’s a complete turn off! You don’t mistreat when they are paying for a service. They really need to close this place down! Horrible service! Stay far away!

Website information says that they close at 8 PM I walked in the door at 7 PM and they say they’re close they have no way of accommodating me…they didn’t lock their doors, they barely have the sign on their doors stating that they are closed at 7 PM it’s just like a little scratch on the number 8 and not a clear indication of their business hours .

I used to come here when they first opened, about 5 years ago, and the service was excellent. Not anymore…they rushed everything, and when I went to pay, I left a tip on the credit card. The nail technician kept pointing at it…at first I thought I made a mathematical mistake, nope, she didn’t think it was enough. It was 15%…the service was not great! I don’t think I’ll be going back

Horrible customer service. I took my daughter for my birthday date. What a bust. I went for my first fullset and it was nothing I wanted. Too much money to get the most basic poor job. BTW They don’t do any designs. They just kept saying basic but would not give an example as to what basic is. Anything suggested was a no. My 7 yr old didn’t even get her nails done!

HORRIBLE!! First time I went in 2017 worst experience ever again a year or two later went again with my mother and sister was charged about $400 just for mani and pedi no design nothing all regular and then again I went and it was just the worst customer service ever. Finally when I went to pay, I told her I was paying for my group but each would give their tip. She panicked and wouldn’t stop asking for more tip as I had given hers to her only. She finally stopped after she saw the others were giving the tip. It was just a bad experience and poor service. Only reason why I give it one star is that my mom did say her foot massage was good, she did pay $48 for it. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBest manicure/pedicure I have had in a long time. I have driven my Dazzle a million times, meaning to go in, and I am so glad I did.The Owner, Lee is very friendly, and took her time, helping me to pick out the right color. It’s hard sometimes to pick a color, other places I feel rushed, and then just end up getting my usual “Big Apple Red” or “Ballet Slippers” but Lee took her time helping me find the right color pink for me.Andy did a beautiful job on my nails. My nails had to be “fixed” as I had decided to go back to acrylic (for length) at my previous nail shop, and they did a horrendous job. Andy gave me thin, beautifully shaped, very natural looking nails. My pedicures are always good! I don’t get manicures, so I can’t comment, but place is clean & from what I’ve seen it’s hygienic. I’ve gotten many pedicures and never had any problems. Service is fine, depends on how busy they are, how hurried the experience is. I try to go during off hours, especially since the price is less. If not, I get the $45 deluxe for the great foot & calf massage.
