What a great atmosphere they have here! Between the very clean always smelling good environment, to the incredible staff! You can’t go wrong. Always willing to work with you to get you in even on short notice. I’ve had nothing but great experiences every time. The staff is what sells it for me and every single one of them have been great! Critical: ProfessionalismI bought a month unlimited tans at this tanning salon. I live about an hour away from the location but I have a small business 2 miles down the road. I bought a month unlimited tans. I passed a friend who I referred here, in the parking lot. She had just finished tanning after she the event we hosted at our business down the street . I stopped in on my way home and it was not yet 240 and I was told that since I did not have an appointment, we would not be allowed to tan. They close at 2:30 but yet the door was open. I have had a really hard time finding a studio that I like to tan but after this experience today I won’t be back nor will I refer anybody else. I already referred people here that have active memberships and tell other people I know about it all the time. No more. This is just poor customer service. If I can’t stop in to tan on my way home from work, which I finish at different times every day, without an appointment, it is not worthwhile. I have had at least eight other visits since I bought my membership without an appointment and there was not a problem. I bought a month unlimited tans at this tanning salon. I live about an hour away from the location but I have a small business 2 miles down the road. I bought a month unlimited tans. This place is absolutely amazing. From the time I walked in til the time I left. Everyone is super friendly and they offer so much. I can honestly say I’ve never used a tanning salon that made me feel tan IMMEDIATELY but this place was very exceptional. After one session, I was beyond darker than I could’ve ever expected. Best place ever and I’ve traveled around the states, never had a better experience anywhere like here.
