Critical: Quality, ValueI would say I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. The stylist that did my hair was rude and not attentive at all. She was an older lady with glasses. I could tell my hair was giving her a little trouble (understandable, it’s very heavy and curly), but she didn’t even give me something close to what I wanted, and all she was doing was a styling. She yanked my hair so hard too – lucky I’m not tender-headed. Also, her attitude was poor. I tried to thank her for doing her best with my admittedly heavy hair a few times (kind of to lighten the mood) and she never once acknowledged I was speaking to her. In fact, she only spoke to me when necessary. On top of everything, it was a little pricey. I would say I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. The stylist that did my hair was rude and not attentive at all. She was an older lady with glasses. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy sister-in-law and I went to get highlights in our hair and my sister-in-law didn’t get any in the back of her hair, the lady didn’t put the highlights all the way down my hair nor when she washed my hair did she put conditioning or any product and she made me blow dry my own hair.
